Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping within Pakistan

  • We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
  • Delivery time is usually 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery Charges

  • Flat rate: PKR 250
  • Free shipping: On orders above PKR 3000

International Shipping

  • Currently, international shipping is not available.
  • We plan to introduce this service in the future.

Track Your Order

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped.
  • Use this number to track your delivery on the courier’s official website.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at web@hesperbeauty.com.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed after confirmation of cancellation before shipping.
