Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping within Pakistan
- We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
- Delivery time is usually 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery Charges
- Flat rate: PKR 250
- Free shipping: On orders above PKR 3000
International Shipping
- Currently, international shipping is not available.
- We plan to introduce this service in the future.

Track Your Order
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped.
- Use this number to track your delivery on the courier’s official website.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at web@hesperbeauty.com.
- Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
- Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed after confirmation of cancellation before shipping.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or external factors.
